The posting

Hou je ervan om te plannen, vooruit te denken en ervoor te zorgen dat alles op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats is? Voor een groeiend textielbedrijf in Zwevegem, gespecialiseerd in stoffen voor de interieursector, zoeken we een productieplanner die graag de touwtjes in handen neemt.

Je werkt met twee productlijnen:

  • lijn 1: grotere producties waarbij gewerkt wordt met garens die standaard op voorraad zijn.
  • lijn 2: kleinere producties op maat waarvoor garens besteld worden bij externe ververijen in Wallonie en Italië.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Beheren en opvolgen van de garenvoorraad.
  • Bestellen van garens voor maatwerkproducties.
  • Opstellen van de productieplanning voor ongeveer 30 weefmachines.
  • Afstemmen van de planning met de collega's op de werkvloer.
  • Opvolgen van de afwerkingsafdeling zodat levertermijnen gerespecteerd worden.
  • Regelmatig aanwezig zijn in de productie om de voortgang te bespreken en eventuele problemen snel op te lossen.

Je komt terecht in een no-nonsense productieomgeving. Verwacht geen blinkend nieuw machinepark, maar wel een bedrijf met jarenlange expertise, een sterke reputatie in textiel en een team waar mensen elkaar kennen en aanspreken.

  • Je hebt een bacheloropleiding gevolgd in een logistieke, productie- of technische richting of je beschikt over relevante ervaring. Gemotiveerde schoolverlaters komen zeker in aanmerking.
  • Je kan je naast het Nederlands ook uitdrukken in het Engels voor contacten met leveranciers in Italië. Je hebt een basiskennis Frans om te overleggen met Franstalige collega's op de werkvloer.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt verschillende dossiers tegelijk onder controle.
  • Ervaring met productieplanning, voorraadbeheer of ERP-systemen is een sterke troef.
