FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor onze klant in Nieuwerkerken, een metaalbedrijf gespecialiseerd in poorten, hekken, slagbomen en geautomatiseerde toegangssystemen, zijn we op zoek naar een productieplanner.

Takenpakket:

  • Opstellen en beheren van de productieplanning op korte en lange termijn
  • Opmaken van werkbonnen / productieorders met duidelijke instructies voor de productiemedewerkers
  • Zorgen dat werkbonnen alle nodige info bevatten (materialen, bewerkingen, tekeningen, prioriteiten)
  • Afstemmen van planning met productie, aankoop en transport
  • Bewaken van levertermijnen en productiecapaciteit
  • Opvolgen van materiaalbeschikbaarheid en bestellingen
  • Bijsturen bij vertragingen of onverwachte problemen
  • Optimaliseren van processen en efficiëntie in de productie
  • Rapporteren over planning, prestaties en knelpunten aan de direct leidinggevende
  • Actief meewerken aan verbeterprojecten
