Onze klant in de regio van Wingene is een gevestigde speler binnen de staalindustrie, met activiteiten in meer dan 15 landen en ruim 1.200 medewerkers wereldwijd. Ondanks die omvang voelt de West-Vlaamse vestiging nog steeds lokaal en nuchter aan. Het bedrijf hecht veel belang aan duurzaamheid, technische kwaliteit en producten die aan strenge normen voldoen.

Voor deze omgeving zoeken we een Productieplanner die mee vorm wil geven aan een vlot georganiseerde productie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je stelt de productieplanning op voor verschillende locaties en houdt daarbij rekening met machines, materialen, medewerkers, transportafstanden en gevraagde levertermijnen
  • Dankzij jouw overzicht geef je de verkoopafdeling en klanten duidelijke informatie over levertermijnen en productiecapaciteit
  • Spoedbestellingen en herproducties plan je zorgvuldig in, terwijl je samen met jouw supervisor knelpunten rond personeel of materiaal opvangt
  • Daarnaast zoek je een werkbaar evenwicht tussen tijdige productie en beschikbare opslagruimte en beperkt machinewissels en coilwissels om machines optimaal te benutten
  • In overleg met de onderhoudsverantwoordelijke bewaak je de beschikbaarheid van het machinepark en de productkwaliteit, terwijl je productiebonnen, materialen en hun registratie in SAP controleert
  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelordiploma in een relevante richting
