Binnen een stabiele en financieel gezonde internationale industriële groep regio Gent krijg je als productieplanner de regie over de overkoepelende planning.

Het bedrijf levert gespecialiseerd plaatwerk en elektromechanische assemblages in middelgrote series. Dit betekent dat geen enkele dag hetzelfde is: de combinatie van geavanceerde CNC-technologie, vakkundige teams en wisselende orders vraagt om een wendbare en nauwkeurige planning.

Als productieplanner ben jij de verbindende factor tussen verschillende interne afdelingen. Je rapporteert aan de Supply Chain Manager, bouwt mee aan continue procesverbetering en behoudt met behulp van het ERP-systeem altijd het helikopteroverzicht.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Binnenkomende klantenorders verwerken en vertalen naar haalbare, efficiënte productieplannen in het ERP-systeem op basis van de beschikbare capaciteit
  • De doorlooptijden van orders continu bewaken, dreigende knelpunten tijdig signaleren en de planning dynamisch bijsturen om strakke leveringstermijnen te garanderen
  • Meewerken aan het opzetten en verfijnen van planningsmethodieken om permanent een helder, realtime inzicht te bieden in de planningsstatus en capaciteitsbenutting
  • Met behulp van het ERP-systeem en rapportagetools de planningsrisico’s, orderstatussen en doorlooptijden in kaart brengen en deze terugkoppelen naar het management
  • Nauw contact onderhouden met diverse afdelingen op de vloer, de planning afstemmen met alle stakeholders en rechtstreeks rapporteren aan de Supply Chain Manager
  • Beschikken over een technisch bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door relevante werkervaring
  • Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring voorleggen in een soortgelijke rol binnen een productie- of industriële omgeving
  • Vloeiende communicatieve vaardigheden hanteren in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Sterke IT-affiniteit tonen met een doorgedreven kennis van MS Office (vnl. Excel) en ervaring met ERP-systemen
  • Kenmerkend zijn door een nauwkeurige, georganiseerde werkwijze, een servicegerichte instelling en een hoge mate van stressbestendigheid
