Ben jij technisch aangelegd, hou je ervan om overzicht te bewaren en krijg je energie van het opvolgen van projecten en productie? Kan je vlot schakelen tussen verschillende afdelingen en weet je op drukke momenten de juiste prioriteiten te leggen?

Voor een klant in een technische productieomgeving zijn we op zoek naar een Productieplanner / Projectopvolger die mee zorgt voor een vlotte afstemming tussen planning, productie en projecten.

Jouw functie

Als Productieplanner / Projectopvolger ben je een centrale schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen. Je bewaakt de voortgang van opdrachten en projecten en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste zaken op het juiste moment worden opgevolgd.

Je taken zijn onder andere:

  • Je maakt en volgt de productieplanning op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van verschillende projecten en productieopdrachten.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met de betrokken afdelingen en zorgt voor een duidelijke informatiedoorstroming.
  • Je leest en interpreteert technische tekeningen en gebruikt deze informatie om de productie correct op te volgen.
  • Je analyseert waar zich knelpunten voordoen en gaat actief op zoek naar de oorzaak en een passende oplossing.
  • Je bepaalt prioriteiten en houdt focus op wat op dat moment het belangrijkste is.
  • Je volgt grotere en complexere projecten van nabij op en houdt de betrokken partijen op de hoogte.

Jouw profiel

  • Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die technisch inzicht combineert met een sterke organisatorische aanpak.
  • Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht en voelt je thuis in een productieomgeving.
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen en begrijpen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met verschillende afdelingen en collega's.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, neemt initiatief en volgt zaken consequent op.
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en behoudt het overzicht wanneer meerdere opdrachten tegelijk lopen.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gaat op een neutrale en objectieve manier om met verschillende belangen.
  • Ervaring in productieplanning, werkvoorbereiding, projectopvolging of een technische omgeving is een troef.
