Van klantenorder tot productie en levering: jouw planning houdt de volledige keten in beweging.

Binnen een stabiele, internationale productieomgeving gelegen te regio Maldegem krijg je als Production Planner een centrale rol in de dagelijkse werking. Productieplanning, materiaalbeschikbaarheid en klantenorders komen hier samen, waardoor jouw beslissingen rechtstreeks invloed hebben op een tijdige productie en levering.

Als Production Planner werk je nauw samen met Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, Quality en Sales/Customer Service. Met SAP als belangrijk werkinstrument behoud je het overzicht over productieorders, materialen en leveringen en signaleer je knelpunten voordat ze de planning verstoren.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Het opstellen, vrijgeven en beheren van productieorders in SAP vormt de basis van jouw dagelijkse productieplanning, waarbij je klantenbehoeften vertaalt naar haalbare korte- en middellangetermijnplannen
  • Via SAP PP/MM, MRP en BOM's analyseer je materiaalbehoeften, voorraden, aankooporders en geplande orders, waarna je tekorten samen met Procurement, Warehouse en Supply Chain opvolgt
  • Klantenorders verwerk en volg je op in SAP, terwijl je ook kwaliteitsdocumentatie voorbereidt, inkomende goederen rapporteert en ondersteuning biedt bij inspecties
  • Naast de productieplanning behoren ook facturatie en betalingsopvolging tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid, inclusief het signaleren en opvolgen van achterstallige betalingen
  • Met SAP, Power BI en Excel bewaak je materiaalbeschikbaarheid, orderstatussen en planningsrisico's en draag je bij aan betere planningsparameters, masterdata en MRP-nauwkeurigheid
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring binnen productieplanning, supply chain planning, manufacturing of een vergelijkbare operationele productieomgeving is vereist
  • Een grondige kennis van MRP, BOM's, voorraadbeheer, aankooporders, geplande orders en productieorders helpt je om verbanden snel te doorgronden
  • Praktische ervaring met een ERP-systeem, bij voorkeur SAP PP/MM, combineer je met sterke kennis van Excel/MS Office; Power BI geldt als bijkomende troef
  • Analytisch en nauwkeurig werken gaat samen met sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden, een proactieve aanpak en het vermogen om over verschillende afdelingen heen te coördineren
