Jouw functie

Als Productieplanner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen en coördineren van de productieactiviteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen, productiecapaciteit en voorraadniveaus optimaal op elkaar zijn afgestemd, zodat klanten tijdig beleverd worden en de productie efficiënt verloopt.

Je vormt de schakel tussen productie, logistiek, supply chain en andere interne stakeholders en draagt actief bij aan een vlotte operationele werking.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Productieplanning

Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse lokale productieplanning.

Opstellen van dagelijkse en wekelijkse planningen in lijn met de globale planning.

Rekening houden met klantorders, voorraadniveaus en veiligheidsvoorraden.

Waken over voldoende productiecapaciteit, opslagruimte, verpakkingsmaterialen en andere benodigdheden.

Optimaliseren van de productievolgorde om een efficiënte werking te garanderen.

Proactief signaleren van risico's en bottlenecks en voorstellen van passende oplossingen.

Opvolgen en communiceren van afwijkingen ten opzichte van de planning.

Aanmaken van productie-, transport- en aankooporders.

Instaan voor een optimale voorraadbeschikbaarheid.

Supply Chain & Optimalisatie

Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de dagelijkse supply chain-activiteiten.

Meewerken aan de optimalisatie van processen binnen productie en logistiek.

Uitwerken en implementeren van corrigerende maatregelen.

Actualiseren van procedures en werkinstructies.

Actief bijdragen aan een cultuur van continue verbetering.

Innovatie & Digitalisering

Kritisch analyseren van bestaande processen en verbeteringen voorstellen.

Actief inzetten op digitalisering en automatisering.

Nieuwe technologieën, waaronder AI-toepassingen, benutten om efficiëntere werkmethodes te ontwikkelen.

Veiligheid & Samenwerking

Actief bijdragen aan een sterke veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieucultuur.

Nauw samenwerken met interne en externe stakeholders.

Toezien op de naleving van alle geldende procedures en richtlijnen.

Jouw profiel

Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen supply chain, productieplanning of een productieomgeving.

Ervaring met SAP of een ander ERP-systeem.

Goede kennis van MS Office, met sterke Excel-vaardigheden.

Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Engels en Frans.

Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.

Je bent analytisch, proactief en oplossingsgericht.

Je behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere prioriteiten samenkomen.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen.
