Onze klant is een gevestigd en internationaal actief productiebedrijf in de regio Leuven, gespecialiseerd in de verwerking van grondstoffen voor de chemische en voedingssector. Ze staan bekend om hun kwalitatieve producten, transparante bedrijfscultuur en continue focus op vernieuwing.

In deze rol als Productieplanner ben je samen met je ervaren collega de spilfiguur die de productie afstemt op de werkelijke vraag van de klant. Je stelt de dagelijkse planning op, volgt de voorraden in externe magazijnen op en pakt het administratieve luik in SAP nauwkeurig aan.

Functieomschrijving

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de dagelijkse productieplanning op basis van concrete klantbestellingen.
  • Nauwkeurig verwerken van het administratieve luik, zoals het ingeven van bestellingen in SAP en het controleren van facturen.
  • Inplannen van een beperkt deel van het transport en het snel doorschakelen bij onvoorziene situaties onderweg.
  • Razendsnel bij veranderende omstandigheden op de weg en werkt nauw samen met de Site Manager om goederenstromen te stroomlijnen.
  • Continu afstemmen en communiceren met collega's van kwaliteitszorg, customer service, boekhouding en sales.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma (bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting) of hebt een gelijkwaardig denkniveau.
  • Je hebt ongeveer 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare plannings- of logistieke rol.
  • Ervaring binnen de chemische sector of de voedingsindustrie is een plus.
  • Je werkt vlot met SAP of pikt een nieuw softwarepakket heel snel op.
