The posting

We zoeken een Productieplanner/Werkvoorbereider die onze productie ondersteunt met een duidelijke en efficiënte planning.

Als Productieplanner/Werkvoorbereider ben je de link tussen productie, verkoop en logistiek.

Je analyseert de behoefteplanning en stelt planningen op in functie van productiecapaciteit, gevraagde leverdata en logistiek.

Hiervoor sta je continu in communicatie met de collega's van verschillende domeinen om alles vlot te doen verlopen en planningen bij te sturen waar nodig. Je bent dan ook vaak aanwezig op de werkvloer.

Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aanvoer van grondstoffen en hulpmaterialen en sta je hiervoor in contact met de toeleveranciers.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstellen van productieplanningen Je zorgt ervoor dat de productieplanningen afgestemd zijn op de lopende orders, de productiecapaciteit, de logistieke flow en andere belangrijke componenten en stuurt steeds bij waar nodig.
  • Communicatie over de verschillende afdelingen heen Je staat continu in contact met productie, logistiek, verkoop, aankoop, ... en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel in elkaar overloopt.
  • Aanvoer van grondstoffen en hulpmaterialen Je volgt het verbruik van deze goederen op en staat in contact met de leveranciers om de voorraad op het juiste niveau te houden.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Ons ERP-systeem kent geen geheimen voor jou. Je bent hier steeds in bezig om alles op te volgen en denkt na over procesverbeteringen. Hetzelfde geldt voor ons productie-opvolgingssysteem Otomes. Je rapporteert aan de Operations Manager.

Analytisch & vooruitdenkend :

  • Je bent analytisch sterk en behoudt altijd het overzicht.
  • Je denkt vooruit en werkt proactief.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en ERP-systemen; ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics is een plus.

Opleiding & ervaring

  • Je hebt een diploma in een technische, logistieke of productiegerichte richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in productieplanning, werkvoorbereiding of supply chain is een troef, geen vereiste.
  • Ook gemotiveerde starters met drive en leerbereidheid zijn welkom.

  • Je onderhoudt ook extern sterke contacten.

  • Je weet te schakelen bij wijzigende omstandigheden.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een meerwaarde.
