FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een gestructureerde planner met een sterke interesse in techniek en productie? Heb je affiniteit met de bouwsector en werk je graag in een dynamische omgeving waar kwaliteit en efficiëntie centraal staan? Dan is deze functie als Productieplanner / Werkvoorbereider iets voor jou!

Jouw taken als Productieplanner / Werkvoorbereider

  • Beheren en controleren van productietekeningen (bekisting en wapening), opgesteld door externe tekenbureaus, volgens de geldende tekenconventies
  • Nauwgezet opvolgen van de goedkeuringsflow van tekeningen tot finale goedkeuring door de klant
  • Instaan voor de volledige werkvoorbereiding en bewaken van de productieflow van begin tot einde
  • Correct invoeren en beheren van productgegevens in het ERP-systeem
  • Opstellen van korte- en langetermijnplanningen en deze duidelijk communiceren naar interne en externe partijen
  • Onderhouden van intensief klantencontact om een vlotte afstemming van de planning te garanderen
  • Proactief meedenken en voorstellen formuleren ter optimalisatie van werkprocessen

PROFIEL

  • Je beschikt over een technische bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in de bouwkunde. Ook gemotiveerde starters zijn welkom!
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede beheersing van het Frans.
  • Je kan technische plannen en productietekeningen correct interpreteren.
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis van MS Office en bij voorkeur ervaring met ERP-systemen (of de bereidheid dit aan te leren).
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht, met oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Je combineert organisatietalent met technische inzichten en bent oplossingsgericht ingesteld.
