Als productieprogrammeur CNC & Nesting ben jij de technische schakel tussen het detailbureau en de productie. Je vertaalt technische tekeningen en productiedossiers naar duidelijke, efficiënte en foutloze productieprogramma’s.

Als CNC-programmeur en nestingprogrammeur zorg je ervoor dat CNC-machines, opdeelzagen en nestinginstallaties optimaal worden aangestuurd. Je bepaalt de juiste productieroute, optimaliseert het materiaalgebruik en zorgt ervoor dat de operatoren met correcte programma’s en instructies aan de slag kunnen.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Het analyseren en interpreteren van technische tekeningen, detailtekeningen en productiedossiers.
  • Het vertalen van tekeningen naar CNC-programma’s, zaagstaten en nestingplannen.
  • Het bepalen en uitschrijven van de correcte productieroute voor elk onderdeel.
  • Het programmeren en optimaliseren van CNC-machines, opdeelzaag en nestinginstallaties.
  • Het efficiënt inzetten van materialen dankzij een doordachte nesting- en productieplanning.
  • Het controleren van programma’s en productiedata met oog voor kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en efficiëntie.
  • Het opmaken en beheren van digitale productie-instructies voor de werkvloer.
  • Het ondersteunen van CNC-operatoren en productiecollega’s bij de opstart en uitvoering van programma’s.
  • Het overleggen met het detailbureau, werkvoorbereiding en productieleiding bij technische vragen of onduidelijkheden.
  • Het meedenken over verbeteringen in productiemethodes, werkflows, standaardisatie en automatisatie.

Je bent dus niet zomaar iemand die programma's invoert: als CNC-programmeur / productieprogrammeur denk je actief mee over hoe maatwerk zo efficiënt en kwalitatief mogelijk geproduceerd kan worden.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch sterke en nauwkeurige CNC-programmeur die graag de combinatie maakt tussen bureauwerk en productie.

Je herkent jezelf in volgende eigenschappen:

  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en bij voorkeur ervaring binnen houtbewerking, interieurbouw of maatwerkschrijnwerk.
  • Je hebt ervaring met CNC-programmering en nestingsoftware.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen en productiedossiers vlot lezen en interpreteren.
  • Kennis van CAD/CAM-software is een sterke troef.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en productieroutings is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt graag mee naar technische oplossingen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar communiceert ook vlot met operatoren, werkvoorbereiders en collega's.
  • Je bent gestructureerd en kunt verschillende productiedossiers en deadlines goed opvolgen.
  • Je hebt een praktische ingesteldheid en begrijpt dat een goed programma uiteindelijk moet leiden tot een vlotte productie op de werkvloer.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt graag mee over optimalisatie en efficiëntie.

Ervaring als CNC-programmeur, CNC werkvoorbereider, nestingprogrammeur, productieprogrammeur of technisch werkvoorbereider is een grote troef.
