The posting

Als Productiesupervisor ben jij dagelijks aanwezig op de productievloer en zorg je ervoor dat het productieteam optimaal functioneert.

Je combineert leidinggeven met operationele betrokkenheid. Hoewel jouw focus ligt op het aansturen, coachen en opvolgen van het team, spring je waar nodig ook zelf bij in de productie. Je werkt nauw samen met de Productiemanager en vormt de brug tussen de dagelijkse werking op de vloer en de bredere productieorganisatie.

Binnen onze GMP-omgeving draag je actief bij aan een cultuur van kwaliteit, veiligheid, verantwoordelijkheid en continue verbetering.

• Dagelijks aan sturen, begeleiden en coachen van een team van 7 productiemedewerkers.

• Organiseren en opvolgen van de werkverdeling en productieplanning op de vloer.

• Geven van duidelijke instructies en toezien op de correcte uitvoering ervan.

• Actief aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer en snel inspelen op operationele uitdagingen.

• Aanspreken van medewerkers op afwijkingen, onveilig gedrag, kwaliteitsissues of het niet naleven van procedures.

• Creëren van een positieve, respectvolle en resultaatgerichte teamcultuur. • Actief bijdragen aan veiligheid en preventie op de werkvloer, toezien op de naleving van GMP-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en medewerkers aanspreken op onveilig gedrag of situaties.

• Signaleren van verbeteropportuniteiten en bijdragen aan continue verbetering van processen en werkwijzen.

• Mee uitvoeren van productieactiviteiten wanneer de situatie dit vereist.

• Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol binnen een productieomgeving.

• Je bent een natuurlijke leider die mensen kan motiveren, aanspreken en richting geven.

• Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en haalt energie uit het werken tussen de mensen.

• Je combineert daadkracht met respectvolle communicatie en weet draagvlak te creëren.

• Kwaliteit, veiligheid en orde zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.

• Ervaring binnen een GMP-gereguleerde omgeving is een sterke troef.

• Je bent hands-on ingesteld en steekt zelf mee de handen uit de mouwen wanneer nodig.

• Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met veiligheid en preventie. Een opleiding tot preventieadviseur niveau 3 is een mooie troef. Heb je deze nog niet, dan ben je bereid om deze opleiding te volgen en actief mee te werken binnen onze interne dienst voor preventie en bescherming op het werk.
