In deze functie werk je in een farmaceutische GMP-omgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en professionaliteit centraal staan. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid en autonomie, met een directe invloed op productieprocessen en teamcultuur. Combineer je graag leidinggeven op de vloer met een hands-on rol in de productie, dan biedt deze organisatie een context waar jouw aanpak echt tot zijn recht komt.

  • Dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van een team van zeven productiemedewerkers op de werkvloer.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van de werkverdeling en productieplanning zodat processen efficiënt en gestructureerd verlopen.
  • Geven van duidelijke instructies en controleren van de correcte uitvoering binnen een GMP-omgeving.
  • Zichtbaar aanwezig zijn op de productievloer en snel inspelen op operationele vragen en onverwachte situaties.
  • Aanspreken van medewerkers bij afwijkingen, kwaliteitsissues, onveilig gedrag of het niet naleven van procedures.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van een positieve, respectvolle en resultaatgerichte teamcultuur.
  • Actief toezien op de naleving van GMP-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en stimuleren van veilig gedrag.
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen en bijdragen aan continue verbetering van processen en werkmethoden.
  • Meewerken in productieactiviteiten wanneer de bezetting of situatie dat vraagt.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de productiemanager als brug tussen de dagelijkse operatie en de bredere productieorganisatie.
  • Ondersteunen van initiatieven rond veiligheid en preventie in samenwerking met de interne dienst.
  • Zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie binnen het team en creëren van draagvlak voor beslissingen en veranderingen.
  • Bewaken van orde, netheid en structuur op de werkvloer als basis voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl waarmee je mensen motiveert, aanspreekt en duidelijke richting geeft.
  • Zichtbare aanwezigheid op de werkvloer en energie halen uit werken tussen en met medewerkers.
  • Communicatieve vaardigheden waarmee je daadkracht combineert met respectvolle omgang en draagvlak.
  • Sterke focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en naleving van procedures.
  • Ervaring in een GMP-gereguleerde omgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Affiniteit met veiligheid en preventie; een opleiding preventieadviseur niveau 3 is een mooie extra of je bent bereid deze te volgen.
