Ben jij een geboren leider met ervaring binnen productie en haal je energie uit het coachen van medewerkers? Werk je graag in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, efficiëntie en teamwork centraal staan? Dan is deze functie als Teamlead Productie Nacht een uitgelezen kans om jouw organisatorische en leidinggevende vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.

Onze klant is een groeiende semi-industriële bakkerij waar vakmanschap en moderne productietechnieken samenkomen. Dagelijks worden er kwaliteitsvolle bakkerijproducten geproduceerd voor een brede klantenbasis. Om de nachtproductie optimaal te laten verlopen, zijn zij op zoek naar een gedreven Teamlead die het team weet te motiveren en de productieprocessen in goede banen leidt.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Teamlead Productie Nacht ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de nachtploeg. Je bewaakt de voortgang van de productie, ondersteunt je medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat alle vooropgestelde doelstellingen worden behaald.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van productiemedewerkers.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten.
  • Bewaken van productiviteit, kwaliteit en rendement.
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en hygiënevoorschriften.
  • Oplossen van operationele uitdagingen en snel schakelen bij onverwachte situaties.
  • Opvolgen van de personeelsbezetting en werkverdeling.
  • Rapporteren aan de productieverantwoordelijke en actief meedenken over verbeteringen.
  • Bijdragen aan een efficiënte en positieve werksfeer binnen het team.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector.
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende kwaliteiten en weet mensen te enthousiasmeren.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt steeds het overzicht.
  • Je werkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel.
  • Je bent bereid om permanent in de nachtploeg te werken.
  • Ervaring binnen een bakkerij- of voedingsomgeving is een sterke troef.
