Dan is een BBL-stage als Productietechnicus bij Adams Musical Instruments in Ittervoort iets voor jou. Adams behoort tot de wereldtop in de ontwikkeling en productie van koperblaasinstrumenten zoals trompetten, bugels, cornetten, trombones, euphoniums en tuba's. In onze moderne fabriek combineren we ambachtelijk vakmanschap met innovatieve productietechnieken om instrumenten van de hoogste kwaliteit te maken. Wat ga je doen? Als BBL-stagiair Productietechnicus werk je mee aan het verbeteren en optimaliseren van onze productieprocessen. Je ondersteunt verschillende afdelingen binnen de blaasinstrumentenfabriek bij technische vraagstukken en helpt bij het ontwikkelen van hulpmiddelen en tools die het productieproces efficiënter, nauwkeuriger en gebruiksvriendelijker maken. Je werkzaamheden kunnen onder andere bestaan uit: - Het analyseren en verbeteren van bestaande productieprocessen; - Het ontwikkelen en vervaardigen van technische hulpmiddelen, mallen en gereedschappen; - Het meedenken over de maakbaarheid van nieuwe producten en onderdelen; - Het ondersteunen bij automatiserings- en digitaliseringsprojecten; - Het opstellen van productieplannen en werkinstructies; - Het programmeren en optimaliseren van geautomatiseerde productiesystemen; - Het begeleiden en monitoren van productieprocessen om kwaliteit en efficiëntie te waarborgen. Wie zoeken wij? Jij bent iemand die: - Een BBL-opleiding volgt richting Productietechnicus, Mechatronica, Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding; - Technisch inzicht heeft en graag problemen oplost; - Creatief, inventief en analytisch is ingesteld; - Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en systematisch werkt; - Interesse heeft in productieprocessen, automatisering en innovatie; - Goed kan samenwerken met collega's van verschillende afdelingen. ...
