Word onze nieuwe Productietechnieker Injectie – een sleutelrol in een innovatief productieproces!

  • Als Productietechnieker Injectie ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het technisch proces binnen jouw team. Je werkt zelfstandig en volgens een duidelijke planning aan het uitvoeren van matrijs- en kleurwissels. Daarnaast spoor je storingen snel en efficiënt op én los je ze op, zodat de productie vlot blijft draaien.
  • Je volgt het volledige productieproces op de voet en grijpt proactief in waar nodig – jouw doel? Een optimale werking van onze machines en een vlekkeloos eindresultaat.
  • In deze functie combineer je het beste van twee werelden: je bent een essentieel lid van zowel het technisch team als het productieteam. Je werkt nauw samen met de Productieteamleader en de Quality medewerkers, en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Process Engineer.
  • Ben jij technisch sterk, oplossingsgericht en een echte teamspeler? Dan is dit jouw kans om mee te bouwen aan onze toekomst!

Profiel

Bij voorkeur beschik je over:

  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige technische functie
  • Grondige kennis van spuitgietmachines en industriële robotica – je beschikt over het nodige inzicht om deze correct in te stellen, om te bouwen en te optimaliseren.
  • Vertrouwdheid met 5S, probleemoplossing (problem solving), TPM en procesoptimalisatie
  • Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands of Engels, zowel gesproken als geschreven
