Het bedrijf zet sinds de spin-off in september 2025 de activiteiten van de voormalige automotivegroep voort als zelfstandig bedrijf.

  • Het technologie- en elektronicabedrijf ontwikkelt oplossingen voor veilige, verbonden en autonome mobiliteit, waaronder sensoren, displays, remsystemen, comfortsystemen, software, architectuurplatforms en assistentiesystemen voor softwaregedefinieerde voertuigen.
  • De bedrijfsonderdelen die nu tot het bedrijf behoren, realiseerden in boekjaar 2024 een omzet van 19,6 miljard euro.
  • Het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Frankfurt, Duitsland. Wereldwijd werken er ongeveer 87.000 medewerkers op meer dan 100 locaties.

Jobomschrijving

Als Productietechnieker volg je een volledige productielijn actief op tijdens het productieproces.

  • Je bewaakt de goede werking van de productielijn en grijpt in zodra er een storing of panne optreedt, zodat de productie kan blijven lopen.
  • Je spoort technische storingen aan de lijn op en lost zowel eenvoudige storingen als complexere pannes op. Bij de meest complexe gevallen werk je samen met een Productie Specialist.
  • Je voert mechanische ingrepen uit aan de lijn en de machines, zoals sleutelen, vijzen en meewerken aan het omstellen van gereedschap wanneer er een ander product geproduceerd wordt.
  • Je werkt preventief om storingen te helpen voorkomen, houdt de lijn operationeel en neemt periodiek deel aan het preventief onderhoud van de machines samen met je collega’s.
  • Je werkt volgens de geldende procedures, houdt je werkplek proper en stemt af met de quality inspector om de productie correct te laten verlopen.
  • Na een storing analyseer je de oorzaak, denk je mee na over hoe herhaling vermeden kan worden en zoek je naar manieren om de snelheid en efficiëntie van jouw lijn te verbeteren, zodat de vooropgestelde productiedoelen tegen het einde van je shift behaald worden.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt een diploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur een graduaat in elektromechanica, of een diploma secundair onderwijs in elektriciteit aangevuld met relevante ervaring. Een diploma in elektrotechnieken, mechanische technieken of industriële wetenschappen komt ook in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt sterke kennis van elektriciteit en beschikt daarnaast over mechanische en pneumatische kennis.
  • Je kan preventief werken en storingen aan een productielijn analyseren en oplossen.
  • Je spreekt zeer vlot Nederlands, bent beschikbaar voor een 2-ploegenstelsel en bent bereid om BA4/BA5 binnen het bedrijf te behalen.
  • Je hebt een stabiel cv, werkt zowel zelfstandig als in team, stelt op tijd vragen en bent analytisch, probleemoplossend, flexibel en bereid om continu bij te leren.
