Ben jij een technisch talent met een passie voor mechanica en productieprocessen? Wil je werken in een unieke industriële omgeving waar jouw vakkennis een directe impact heeft op het productieproces? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou. Voor een toonaangevende producent in de voedingsindustrie zoeken we een Productietechnieker Extractie die mee zorgt voor een vlot en kwalitatief productieproces.

Als Productietechnieker Extractie speel je een sleutelrol in het optimaal functioneren van de snijmolens waarmee grondstoffen worden verwerkt. Je waakt over de kwaliteit van de messen en grijpt in waar nodig om een efficiënte productie te garanderen.

Tijdens de campagneperiode (volcontinu ploegensysteem)

  • Machinaal borstelen, rechten en slijpen van messen voor de snijmolens.
  • Opbouwen, ondersteunen en wisselen van messenkaders.
  • Controleren en waarborgen van de kwaliteit van de messen.
  • Optreden als eerstelijnstechnieker bij storingen aan de snijmolens.
  • Uitvoeren van onderhoudswerken aan machines en werkplaatsen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige, efficiënte en kwaliteitsgerichte werking van de afdeling. Buiten de campagneperiode (dagdienst)
  • Uitvoeren van inspecties en preventieve onderhoudswerken aan werktuigmachines, opmaakmachines en snijmolens.
  • Ondersteunen van de onderhoudsdienst bij mechanische werkzaamheden.
  • Meewerken aan onderhoudsprojecten binnen productie-installaties en infrastructuur.
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en meedenken over optimalisaties.

Je bent een technisch aangelegd persoon die graag praktisch werkt en energie haalt uit het oplossen van technische uitdagingen.

Jij brengt mee:

  • Een technische opleiding of relevante ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Een goede kennis van mechanica en planlezen.
  • Ervaring met werktuigmachines is een sterke troef.
  • Interesse in productieprocessen en kwaliteitscontrole.
  • Vaardigheid in het bedienen van installaties via touchscreens.
  • Ervaring met elektrisch transpallet, hijsmiddelen of gelijkaardige hulpmiddelen is een pluspunt.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een echte teamspirit.
  • Bereidheid om tijdens de campagneperiode in een volcontinu ploegensysteem te werken.
