Jobomschrijving

Ben jij iemand die energie krijgt van technische uitdagingen en het draaiende houden van productielijnen? Wij zijn op zoek naar een Productietechnieker die met kennis, inzet en enthousiasme onze productieomgeving naar een hoger niveau tilt. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat machines optimaal functioneren en storingen snel en efficiënt worden opgelost. Je voert preventief onderhoud uit, analyseert problemen en denkt mee aan verbeteringen in het productieproces. Met jouw technisch inzicht en nauwkeurige aanpak garandeer je continuïteit en kwaliteit op de werkvloer

Als Productietechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgende taken:

  • Beheren van een volledige productielijn en behalen van de vooropgestelde productiedoelen aan het einde van je shift
  • Zelfstandig oplossen van zowel eenvoudige storingen als complexere pannes aan de lijn
  • Analyseren van technische storingen en achterhalen van oorzaken om herhaling te voorkomen
  • Actief meewerken aan verbeteringen die de snelheid en efficiëntie van de productielijn verhogen
  • Uitvoeren van periodiek preventief onderhoud aan de machines, samen met je collega’s
  • Mee omstellen van machines en gereedschap bij de productie van nieuwe producten
  • Opleiden van nieuwe collega’s en delen van je technische kennis en ervaring
  • Samenwerken met een productie specialist bij complexere technische problemen

De gezochte Productietechnieker:

  • Is bij voorkeur in het bezit van een (hoger secundair of graduaat) diploma binnen een technische richting (elektromechanica, elektrotechnieken, mechanische technieken, industriële wetenschappen…) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Heeft een enorme interesse voor techniek en is gedreven en bereid om steeds bij te leren
  • Beschikt over een uitstekende kennis Nederlands; kennis Engels is een plus
  • Is bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken (vroege/late)
  • Kan zowel zelfstandig als in een team werken
  • Is assertief genoeg om op tijd vragen te stellen
  • Is analytisch, probleemoplossend en flexibel ingesteld
