Ben jij een geboren people manager en ben je daarnaast technisch aangelegd? Wens je te werken bij een KMO en de productieactiviteiten van 2 plants in goede banen te leiden? Dan is deze vacature gegarandeerd iets voor jou!

Voor onze klant, regio Kortrijk, gaan wij op zoek naar een Productieverantwoordelijke. Het bedrijf is een West-Vlaamse KMO gespecialiseerd in kunststof, rubber en metaaloplossingen voor de industrie. Zowel industriële productiebedrijven in alle sectoren als machinebouwers maken gebruik van de producten van deze organisatie. Alles dat wordt geproduceerd is puur maatwerk. Momenteel telt het bedrijf een 30-tal personen en samen met een zusterbedrijf vanuit het Brusselse (eveneens een KMO van een 30-tal werknemers) behoren ze tot een grotere internationale groep.

Momenteel gaat het bedrijf op zoek naar een hands-on production manager om de productie van beide bedrijven in goede banen te leiden.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de productieactiviteiten in beide sites en behoudt een goed overzicht van het volledige proces
  • In totaliteit stuur je een 35-tal productiemedewerkers aan. Rechtstreeks stuur je een 5-tal ploegchefs aan
  • Je staat in voor het begeleiden, motiveren en coachen van de productiemedewerkers
  • Als lid van het managementteam (samen met de CEO, CFO, HR en Sales Manager) bepaal je mee de bedrijfsstrategie en doelstellingen
  • Je rapporteert hogerop op groepsniveau rond de behaalde resultaten
  • Op weekbasis zal je 3 dagen vanuit de vestiging in regio Kortrijk werken en 2 dagen vanuit regio Brussel
  • Bij voorkeur behaalde je een Bachelorsdiploma in een technische richting (Elektromechanica)
  • Belangrijker dan diploma is je ervaring. Leidinggevende ervaring van enkele jaren binnen een industriële context is een absolute must
  • Je hebt ervaring met maatwerk/custom made projecten
  • Heb je kennis van rubber/kunststoffen/metaal? Dan heb je alvast een streepje voor!
