Voor onez klant, een gevestigd familiebedrijf met meer dan 60 jaar ervaring, zijn we op zoek naar een productieverantwoordelijke.

Krijg jij energie van het aansturen en motiveren van medewerkers? Combineer je een sterke technische achtergrond met een goed organisatorisch vermogen en een scherp oog voor verbetering? Dan is deze functie misschien wel iets voor jou.

Binnen deze rol krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een belangrijke productieafdeling en zorg je ervoor dat medewerkers, machines en processen optimaal op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Als productieverantwoordelijke montage en afwerking sta je in voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de teams. Je zorgt voor een vlotte werkorganisatie en houdt de voortgang van de productie nauwlettend in het oog.
  • De planning stuur je bij waar nodig. Daarbij hou je rekening met de beschikbare operatoren, de bezetting en de inzetbaarheid van de machines. Ook de prestaties en ontwikkeling van je medewerkers volg je op.
  • Verlofaanvragen behandel je in overleg met HR en in functie van de beschikbare planning. Daarnaast neem je een actieve rol op in evaluatiegesprekken en zorg je voor een duidelijke en constructieve feedback naar je team.
  • Voor het onderhoud en de herstellingen van de machines overleg je met de onderhoudsdienst en de machinefabrikanten. Je volgt technische problemen verder op en zorgt ervoor dat de nodige acties tijdig worden ondernomen.
  • Verder bewaak je de afboekingen van de productiecijfers en sta je in voor het opstellen en bijhouden van de KPI’s. De evoluties analyseer je kritisch, zodat je samen met je team gericht kunt werken aan continue verbetering.
  • Dankzij jouw coachende aanpak creëer je betrokkenheid en motivatie op de werkvloer. Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers hun verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en samen streven naar sterke resultaten.
  • Een masterdiploma Industriële Wetenschappen Elektromechanica, Handelsingenieur of een gelijkwaardig niveau door aantoonbare werkervaring vormt de ideale basis voor deze functie.
  • Van nature ben je een geboren coach en motivator. Medewerkers weet je op een positieve manier te begeleiden, aan te spreken en te stimuleren.
  • Dankzij jouw organisatorisch inzicht slaag je erin om logistieke en productieprocessen efficiënt te plannen en waar nodig te optimaliseren. Ervaring met productietechnieken binnen de metaal- en kunststofsector is een mooie troef.
  • Kennis van productieorganisatietechnieken zoals TPS, SMED, 5S en poka yoke komt goed van pas. Een sterke interesse in procesverbetering en een analytische ingesteldheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en hebt geen schrik om mee te werken indien nodig.
  • Nederlands en Engels beheers je goed. Kennis van het Frans en Duits is een bijkomend voordeel.
  • Verder werk je resultaatgericht, neem je initiatief en schakel je vlot tussen operationele, technische en peoplegerichte verantwoordelijkheden.
