Jouw nacht

Als teamleader productie zorg je ervoor dat jouw ploeg vlot kan werken en dat de productie veilig, efficiënt en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen verloopt.

Je:

  • Stuurt operators en productiemedewerkers aan en zorgt voor een duidelijke werkverdeling
  • Houdt het productieproces nauwlettend in de gaten en volgt de belangrijkste productieparameters op
  • Grijpt in waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat problemen snel en efficiënt worden aangepakt
  • Werkt nauw samen met je verantwoordelijke en het kwaliteitsteam
  • Waakt mee over kwaliteit, hygiëne en een correcte uitvoering van het productieproces
  • Bent aanwezig op de werkvloer, kent je team en springt bij waar nodig
  • Zorgt ervoor dat de productieplanning en afspraken binnen jouw ploeg goed worden opgevolgd
  • Je hebt minstens een bachelordiploma of beschikt over relevante ervaring
  • Je krijgt energie van mensen aansturen, werk verdelen en ervoor zorgen dat de ploeg vooruitgaat
  • Je communiceert duidelijk, spreekt collega's aan waar nodig en weet rust en overzicht te bewaren
  • Je bent graag tussen de mensen op de werkvloer en steekt zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen
  • Wanneer er iets misloopt, denk je in oplossingen en schakel je snel
  • Je werkt vlot samen met productie, kwaliteit en andere collega's
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt Nederlands én Frans
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving of met het aansturen van een team is mooi meegenomen
