Als siteverantwoordelijke ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de productieomgeving en stuur je een team van ongeveer 12 medewerkers aan.

Je bent het grootste deel van je tijd aanwezig op de werkvloer en zorgt dat alles draait zoals het moet.

Je grijpt in waar nodig, stuurt bij en zorgt voor structuur en duidelijkheid. Je combineert een hands-on aanpak met ownership over resultaten: output, kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en efficientie.

Op termijn groei je door naar een bredere rol met verantwoordelijkheid over meerdere ploegen en een deel van de operationele resultaten.

  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving (metaalbewerking of poedercoating is een sterke plus)
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van een team op de werkvloer
  • Je neemt ownership en laat problemen niet liggen
  • Je durft beslissingen nemen en verantwoordelijkheid dragen
  • Je brengt structuur en creeert duidelijkheid
  • Je hebt een sterke werkethiek en een "can do" mentaliteit
  • Zorgen dat de productie dagelijks vlot en efficient draait
  • Aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer en snel schakelen bij problemen
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit doorheen het volledige proces
  • Problemen niet alleen oplossen, maar ook structureel aanpakken
  • Dagelijkse aansturing van een team van operatoren
  • Duidelijke verwachtingen stellen en opvolgen
  • Mensen aanspreken op prestaties, gedrag en kwaliteit
  • Zorgen voor een goede samenwerking tussen dag- en nachtploeg
  • Verantwoordelijkheid nemen over planning en leverdeadlines
  • Organiseren van onderhoud en stilstanden (bv. groot verlof)
  • Zorgen voor continuïteit en structuur in de werking
  • Actief sturen op output, % afkeur en leverbetrouwbaarheid
  • Mee bewaken van kosten en efficientie
  • Eigenaarschap nemen over problemen en resultaten
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en discipline op de werkvloer
