Ben jij de geknipte leider die met een heldere visie en sterke communicatie een productieorganisatie op een hoger niveau tilt? Voor een innovatieve en groeiende onderneming in de regio Gullegem zoeken we een gedreven Productieverantwoordelijke. In deze sleutelrol stuur je een dynamic team van ca. 60 medewerkers en teamleaders aan in een hoogwaardige, projectmatige omgeving. Samen met je ondersteunend team (planners en assistenten) zorg je voor een optimale inzet van mensen, middelen en machines, met kwaliteit, veiligheid en strakke deadlines als vaste pijlers.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Operationele leiding: Je organiseert, coördineert en stroomlijnt de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten en stuurt flexibel bij waar nodig.
  • People management: Je bent actief aanwezig op de vloer. Je coacht, motiveert en begeleidt teamleaders en ateliermedewerkers in hun dagelijkse werking en groei.
  • Proces- en ketenbeheer: Je waakt over de magazijnwerking, de goederenstromen en het accurate voorraadbeheer.
  • Onderhoud & Machinepark: Samen met het technisch team zorg je voor een betrouwbaar machinepark en de correcte uitvoering van operationeel onderhoud.
  • Continu verbeteren: Je analyseert productiedata en benut digitalisering (ERP) en KPI-rapportages om processen continu te optimaliseren.
  • Samenwerking: Je schakelt nauw met Engineering, QHSE en HR, en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operations Manager.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je hebt een technisch bachelordiploma óf je bent gelijkgesteld door relevante, praktische ervaring. Ervaring op de werkvloer is een uitgesproken troef!
  • Leiderschap: Je bent een toegankelijke, duidelijke en enthousiaste peoplemanager die een team weet te verbinden en te inspireren.
  • Organisatietalent: Je behoudt overzicht en structuur in een snel veranderende projectomgeving.
  • Datagedreven: Je hebt ervaring met KPI-sturing, productieplanning en continue procesverbetering.
  • Digitale vaardigheden: Je werkt vlot met ERP-systemen (kennis van MS Dynamics 365, digitaliseringsprojecten of magazijnbeheer is een plus).
