De productievestiging in Kortemark ligt te midden van het groen en vlak bij de velden waar de producten bloeien. Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de vestiging en coördineert de complete productieflow van a tot z.
  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een divers team bestaande uit productiearbeiders, techniekers, magazijniers en externe partners behoort tot je kernverantwoordelijkheden.
  • Je stelt doordachte werk- en personeelsplanningen op, geeft heldere instructies en ziet nauwgezet toe op de naleving van gemaakte afspraken.
  • Samen met de Agro-Manager stem je de continue aanvoer van verse kruiden perfect af op de personeels-, productie- en transportplanning.
  • Toezien op de strikte kwaliteitsvereisten, veiligheidsinstructies en de algehele orde en netheid op de werkvloer doe je met een scherp oog voor detail.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het management en levert heldere, datagedreven rapportages aan over de productiecijfers, efficiëntie en kwaliteit.
  • Een behaald diploma in de Industriële Wetenschappen & Technologie of een gelijkwaardig sterk technisch inzicht.
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante en standvastige ervaring in een leidinggevende productierol, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingssector (FMCG / agro-industrie).
  • Sterke vaardigheden als natuurlijke teamleider met een gestructureerde, proactieve en motiverende aanpak.
