The posting

Om ons groentenbedrijf verder te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een productieverantwoordelijke die structuur brengt, mensen motiveert en het overzicht bewaart in een productieomgeving die voortdurend in beweging is.

Jouw functie

Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de site en coördineert de volledige productieflow. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van een team van productiearbeiders, techniekers, magazijniers en externe partners.

Je stelt de werk- en personeelsplanning doordacht op, zorgt voor duidelijke instructies en volgt op dat afspraken nageleefd worden. Je behoudt het overzicht op de dagelijkse werking en denkt vooruit op vlak van planning, techniek en logistiek. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste productie- en arbeidsmiddelen tijdig beschikbaar zijn.

In samenwerking met de agro-manager coördineer je de continue aanvoer van verse kruiden en stem je personeels-, productie- en transportplanning nauwkeurig op elkaar af.

Met jouw hands-on aanpak en duidelijke communicatie motiveer je medewerkers en stuur je bij waar nodig. Je waakt over kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkvloer.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het management en levert heldere rapportering over productie, efficiëntie en kwaliteit.

Jouw profiel

  • Je behaalde een diploma in Industriële Wetenschappen & Technologie en beschikt over een sterk technisch inzicht.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante en stabiele ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingssector.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke teamleider met een gestructureerde, motiverende en resultaatgerichte aanpak. Je plant vooruit en anticipeert vlot op mogelijke knelpunten.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en vlot aanspreekbaar, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels en Frans, in contacten met interne en externe partners.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en doelgericht en voelt je goed in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, met volledige beschikbaarheid tijdens het hoogseizoen, en kan je vlot aanpassen aan veranderende omstandigheden, vaak ingegeven door externe factoren.
