Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je leidt de productieafdelingen voor subassemblage, eindassemblage, kwaliteitscontrole en verpakking.
  • Je coacht en begeleidt 4 Teamleads en bent indirect verantwoordelijk voor een team van ongeveer 25 productiemedewerkers.
  • Je bewaakt de dagelijkse productieplanning, productiviteit en kwaliteit en zorgt voor een efficiënte organisatie op de werkvloer.
  • Je past lean-principes toe en stimuleert verbeteringen die processen eenvoudiger, efficiënter en betrouwbaarder maken.
  • Je analyseert productieresultaten, detecteert verbeterkansen en vertaalt deze samen met de Teamleads naar concrete acties.
  • Je ondersteunt je leidinggevenden in hun ontwikkeling en zorgt waar nodig voor opleiding, begeleiding en coaching.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met onder andere kwaliteit, planning, engineering en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Je bewaakt orde, structuur en veiligheid binnen de productieomgeving.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operations Manager en denkt actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van de productieorganisatie.
  • Je hebt een technische of industriële achtergrond, bijvoorbeeld in elektromechanica, productietechnologie, industriële wetenschappen of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring opgebouwd binnen een productieomgeving en beschikt over voldoende technische kennis om processen en knelpunten goed te begrijpen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een maakbedrijf en krijgt energie van het ontwikkelen en motiveren van medewerkers.
  • Je hebt een brede kijk op productieprocessen, kwaliteit en procesverbetering.
  • ERP- en MES-systemen zijn je niet vreemd en je gebruikt technologie graag om productieprocessen beter op te volgen.
  • Je bent hands-on en zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, maar kunt tegelijk afstand nemen om prioriteiten en verbeteringen te bepalen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, werkt gestructureerd en houdt ervan om zaken vooruit te zien gaan.
  • Je bent ambitieus en wilt jezelf én je team verder blijven ontwikkelen.
