  • Planning & voorbereiding – Je vormt een belangrijke schakel in de uitvoering van onze projecten. Zodra het 3D-ontwerp gefinaliseerd wordt door de tekenaars, word je betrokken bij het project. Je deelt het project op volgens de verschillende resources en competenties en plant het in.
  • Organisatie – Je organiseert en delegeert de werkplaats en zorgt dat deadlines worden gehaald.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole – Je waakt over de afwerking en kwaliteit van onze metaalconstructies.
  • Teamcoördinatie – Je motiveert en ondersteunt je collega's en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking. Je wil functioneren als eerste aanspreekpunt, ook voor stagiairs en werkstudenten.
  • Veiligheidsprocedures bewaken – Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden veilig en correct worden uitgevoerd.
  • Samenwerking met andere afdelingen – Na productie geef je het project door aan de projectleider die dan de montage op de werf zelf opvolgt. Hierbij verzamel je ook essentiële informatie voor de nacalculatie. Als belangrijke schakel ben je vrij om verbetervoorstellen aan te reiken die de efficiëntie ten goede komen
  • Ervaring in leidinggeven is een plus, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent extravert en assertief: je bent niet bang om beslissingen te nemen, in een no-nonsense omgeving
  • Je hebt een technische feeling. De rest leren we je graag aan.
  • Je kan werken met de meest gangbare computerprogramma's.
  • Een hogere opleiding is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
  • Je beroepstrots werkt aanstekelijk waardoor je het bedrijf mee vooruit duwt
