Voor onze klant regio VEURNE zijn wij op zoek naar een PRODUCTIEVERANTWOORDELIJKE.

Onze klant is een wereldwijde speler in de productie van de allerlekkerste chips.

Als PRODUCTIEVERANTWOORDELIJKE regio VEURNE ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Je geef leiding aan +-25 operatoren en inpakkers en je motiveert hen naar uitstekende prestaties in lijn met onze doelstellingen op vlak van Safety, People, Productivity, Quality, Sustainability & Service;
  • Je rapporteert samen met je collega teamleaders aan de manager;
  • Je zorgt er voor dat de goederen en diensten geproduceerd worden in lijn met de kosten, kwaliteit en de vereisten van de klantenservice:
  • Ondersteunen en correct uitvoeren van alle productieproces en plan;
  • Voortdurend verhogen van de productiviteit van de productielijnen;
  • Je zorgt er voor dat de werkplek volgens de veiligheid en hygiëne normen is;
  • Sterk leiderschap tonen en coaching voor medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling en prestaties.

Als PRODUCTIEVERANTWOORDELIJKE in VEURNE kunt jezelf vinden in onderstaande

  • Je hebt enige ervaring in een leidinggevende functie in een technische omgeving of reeds ervaring in productie als operator, assistent-ploegchef;
  • Sterke persoonlijkheid en uitstekende sociale vaardigheden met resultaatgerichtheid;
  • Je kan een team motiveren en sturen, weet van aanpakken en bent flexibel (ook qua werkuren);
  • Je kan werken in een volcontinu systeem (Vroeg: 4u45 tot 13u van maandag-vrijdag // Laat: 12u45 tot 21u van maandag-vrijdag //vaste nacht maandag tot vrijdagnacht van 20u45 tot 5u ‘s anderendaags.
