The posting

Voor een vooraanstaand internationaal bedrijf in de regio Belzele zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Productieverantwoordelijke. In deze functie neem je de dagelijkse operationele leiding op je, werk je aan procesoptimalisatie en bouw je aan een geolied, gemotiveerd team.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je stuurt de dagelijkse productie aan. Je bewaakt de OEE, stuurt bij waar nodig om de KPI's te halen en levert accurate forecast- en capaciteitsdata aan de planning.
  • Je leidt, motiveert en coacht het productieteam. Je verdeelt de taken, voert evaluatie- en verzuimgesprekken, keurt verlof goed en zorgt voor een positieve groepsdynamiek.
  • Je waarborgt een veilige en kwalitatieve werkomgeving. Je voert risicoanalyses uit, begeleidt ISO-audits en werkt nauw samen met het kwaliteitslabo voor continue opvolging.
  • Je bent de brug naar de technische dienst. Je stemt gepland onderhoud en projecten af en zorgt dat de juiste werkvergunningen klaarstaan.
  • Je formuleert verbetervoorstellen om het rendement en de output te verhogen en denkt actief mee over de langetermijnstrategie van de productie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Een bachelordiploma in een technische of wetenschappelijke richting (of gelijkwaardig door aantoonbare ervaring).
  • Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring binnen een industriële procesomgeving.
  • Je bent een communicatieve en empathische leider die weet hoe je een team inspireert en meeneemt in verandering.
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht, oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig bij onverwachte wendingen.
  • Vlot met MS Office; ervaring met ERP-systemen (zoals SAP) is een sterke troef. Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
