The posting

Als Productieverantwoordelijke neem je de dagelijkse leiding over de productie. Je zorgt ervoor dat verkochte projecten worden vertaald naar een haalbare productieplanning en dat mensen, materialen en machines op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • De productieplanning opstelt op basis van binnenkomende orders, verkochte projecten en afgesproken levertermijnen.
  • De beschikbare productiecapaciteit, machines, materialen en mensen optimaal op elkaar afstemt.
  • De drie teamleaders dagelijks aanstuurt en duidelijke prioriteiten en verwachtingen meegeeft.
  • De voortgang binnen de verschillende productiehallen opvolgt en tijdig bijstuurt wanneer vertragingen of problemen ontstaan.
  • Ervoor zorgt dat afgewerkte houtstructuren tijdig en volgens afspraak naar de verschillende werven kunnen vertrekken.
  • Samen met de Maintenance Manager de beschikbaarheid en technische werking van het machinepark bewaakt.
  • Knelpunten in processen analyseert en zoekt naar praktische oplossingen om capaciteit, efficiëntie en doorlooptijden te verbeteren.
  • De kwaliteit van het productieproces en de afgewerkte producten bewaakt.
  • Problemen vastneemt en ownership toont tot ze effectief opgelost zijn.
  • Meedenkt over verdere optimalisatie, automatisering en professionalisering van de productie.
  • Rechtstreeks samenwerkt met de bestuurder en regelmatig terugkoppelt over planning, capaciteit, kwaliteit en operationele uitdagingen.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor- of masteropleiding in een technische richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring als Productieverantwoordelijke, Production Manager, Productieleider of in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende productieomgeving.
  • Ook ervaring als Projectleider binnen de bouwsector kan interessant zijn wanneer je sterk bent in planning, organisatie, technische opvolging en het aansturen van verschillende partijen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het plannen en organiseren van mensen, machines, materialen en deadlines.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en kan snel inschatten waar knelpunten ontstaan.
  • Je bent tegelijk hands-on en vindt het vanzelfsprekend om dagelijks op de productievloer aanwezig te zijn.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en kan teamleaders op een correcte maar resultaatgerichte manier aansturen.
  • Je hebt een goede technische feeling. Ervaring met hout, houtconstructies of bouw is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet af wanneer problemen zich voordoen.
  • Je houdt overzicht over verschillende processen en weet prioriteiten te bepalen.
  • Ervaring met Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement of andere verbetertechnieken is een sterke troef.
