The posting

Voor de vestiging regio Dendermonde, een gespecialiseerd industriële onderneming in stralen, metalliseren en poedercoaten van metalen onderdelen zoeken wij een productieverantwoordelijke.

Jouw rol

Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse productie en stuurt een team van ±12 medewerkers aan. Je bent aanwezig op de werkvloer, grijpt in waar nodig, bouwt structuur op en zorgt voor resultaat. Je combineert hands-on werken met eigenaarschap over output, kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie.

Jouw takenpakket:

Operationeel

  • Vlot en efficiënt laten draaien van de productie
  • Aanwezig op de werkvloer, snel schakelen bij problemen
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit (stralen, metalliseren, poederlakken)
  • Problemen structureel aanpakken, niet alleen oplossen

Aansturing

  • Dagelijkse aansturing van operatoren
  • Duidelijke verwachtingen stellen en opvolgen
  • Mensen aanspreken op prestaties, gedrag en kwaliteit
  • Goede samenwerking tussen dag- en nachtploeg

Planning & organisatie

  • Verantwoordelijkheid over planning en leverdeadlines
  • Organiseren van onderhoud en stilstanden (bv. groot verlof)
  • Zorgen voor continuïteit en structuur

Kwaliteit & resultaat

  • Actief sturen op output, afkeurpercentage en leverbetrouwbaarheid
  • Meebewaken van kosten en efficiëntie
  • Eigenaarschap nemen over problemen en resultaten
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en discipline op de werkvloer

Assets & site

  • Verantwoordelijkheid over machines en installaties
  • Onderhouds- en investeringsnoden detecteren en opvolgen

Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring in productieomgeving (metaalbewerking of poedercoating is een sterke plus)
  • Ervaring in het respectvol aansturen van een team op de werkvloer
  • Neem ownership, laat problemen niet liggen
  • Durft beslissingen nemen en verantwoordelijkheid dragen
  • Brengt structuur en creëert duidelijkheid
  • Sterke werkethiek en “hands-on” mentaliteit
