Heb jij ervaring met het aansturen van een team in een productieomgeving? Voor een sterk groeiend maatwerkbedrijf in de regio Kortrijk zoeken we een productieverantwoordelijke met technische bagage en passie voor hout.

Je komt terecht in een familiaal bedrijf met een 40-tal medewerkers waar kwaliteit, vakmanschap en respect centraal staan. Het atelier is uitgerust met moderne machines en je werkt met hoogwaardige materialen. De sfeer is menselijk, professioneel en zonder overbodige hiërarchie.

Het bedrijf is actief binnen de interieurbouw en projectmarkt, en realiseert maatwerkoplossingen van hoge kwaliteit: van keukens en dressings tot volledige totaalprojecten. Dankzij een stabiele klantenportefeuille en jarenlange expertise geniet je hier van werkzekerheid en afwisseling.

Kwaliteit primeert in elk project, en dat merk je ook intern: duidelijke communicatie, een realistische planning en een sterk teamgevoel zorgen ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt. Je krijgt hier de kans om mee te bouwen aan een atelier waar efficiëntie en ambacht hand in hand gaan.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij stuurt dagelijks een team van meubelmakers aan en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er van hen verwacht wordt
  • Je houdt toezicht op de productieflow, zowel op het machinale werk als de manuele afwerking
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en grijpt in wanneer nodig om de hoge afwerkingsgraad te garanderen
  • Je organiseert en optimaliseert de werkplanning in samenspraak met andere afdelingen
  • Je neemt initiatief om processen in het atelier te verbeteren en efficiënter te maken
  • Planlezen gaat jou vlot af en je begrijpt moeiteloos technische dossiers en tekeningen
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid, orde en netheid in het atelier altijd op peil blijven
  • Je behaalde een hoger, technisch diploma in houtbewerking of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen de sector van maatmeubilair is vereist
  • Je beschikt over kennis van houtbewerkingsmachines en kan vlot technische plannen lezen
