In deze rol neem je de leiding over de dagelijkse werking in de productie, stuur je een team van 12 gedreven operatoren aan en stroomlijn je de resultaten binnen ons vast 2-ploegenstelsel.

  • Operational excellence: Je waarborgt de continuïteit, rendementen en kwaliteit van de productielijnen.
  • Coachend leiderschap: Je bent dagelijks aanwezig op de vloer, inspireert je team van 12 medewerkers en creëert een sterke, positieve groepsdynamiek.
  • Proces- & Veiligheidsbeheer: Je waakt strikt over de veiligheidsvoorschriften, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Continu verbeteren: Je analyseert de werking, detecteert efficiëntiewinsten en implementeert gerichte procesverbeteringen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Ervaring: Je hebt reeds aantoonbare ervaring opgebouwd als leidinggevende binnen een industriële of procesomgeving (voedingssector is een sterke troef).
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je combineert een toegankelijke, mensgerichte stijl met een duidelijke, resultaatgerichte focus.
  • Werkstelsel: Je zoekt bewust naar een vast 2-ploegenstelsel (afwisselend vroege ploeg 06:00 - 14:00 u. en late ploeg 14:00 - 22:00 u.).
