Als productieverantwoordelijke bij een vleesgroothandel ben jij de spilfiguur binnen het productieproces. Je maakt elke ochtend de planning op voor je team, zodat alles klaarstaat voor een vlotte opstart. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het inpakproces efficiënt verloopt en je houdt de kwaliteit van de producten steeds scherp in het oog.

Een doorsnee werkdag begint vroeg, want jij bent de eerste die het schip doet varen. Je bereidt de bestellingen voor, volgt het stockbeheer nauwgezet op en hebt regelmatig contact met klanten en collega's, zowel telefonisch als in de productie. Het naleven van HACCP-richtlijnen is voor jou vanzelfsprekend en je werkt samen met andere verantwoordelijken binnen het atelier om het proces zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen.

  • Je hebt een opleiding hoger of lager secundair onderwijs gevolgd
  • Je beschikt over 2 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector
  • Je bent een vroege vogel en stressbestendig
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en een echte teamplayer
  • Je bent flexibel en leergierig
  • Je hebt kennis van HACCP-richtlijnen of bent bereid deze te leren
  • Je hebt ervaring met stockbeheer en het opvolgen van bestellingen
