Voor een dynamisch familiebedrijf actief in de voedingsindustrie zoeken we een Teamleider Productie. Met vestigingen in België en klanten in meer dan 100 landen is deze onderneming een gevestigde waarde. Kwaliteit, innovatie en teamspirit staan hier centraal.

Als Teamleider stuur je een team aan binnen een 2-ploegenstelsel of nachtdienst. Je bewaakt de dagelijkse productieplanning, zorgt voor efficiëntie en coacht je collega’s op de werkvloer. Je werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen om een vlot proces te garanderen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Coördineer een team van zo’n 90 medewerkers en stuur hen aan richting optimale prestaties
  • Werk nauw samen met planners, teamleiders en technische diensten om een vlotte productieflow te garanderen
  • Analyseer KPI’s, voer functioneringsgesprekken en stuur bij waar nodig om het beste uit je team te halen
  • Leid projecten rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie en vertaal bedrijfsdoelen naar concrete acties
  • Wees het aanspreekpunt voor andere afdelingen en zorg via werkvloerinspecties voor naleving van alle regels
  • Je hebt een hoger, technischof gelijkwaardige ervaring, met enkele jaren ervaring in een industriële omgeving
  • Vloeiend in Frans, Nederlands is een plus
  • Sterke people management vaardigheden: je leidt, coacht en motiveert je team effectief
  • Technische affiniteit, je kunt gedetailleerde gesprekken voeren met leveranciers over installaties
