Als Productievoorbereider / CNC Programmeur verbind je ontwerp en productie, zorg je voor een vlekkeloos proces en vertaal je technische tekeningen naar materiaal- en CNC-bestanden. Met jouw kennis van houtbewerking en productieoptimalisatie draag je bij aan hoogwaardige interieurproducten. Organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een uniek, trots en toonaangevend voormalig familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in het vervaardigen van interieurs van luxe jachten. Sinds jaar en dag werken zij nauw samen met de grote spelers in de Luxe Jachtbouw. Gepassioneerde medewerkers streven continu naar perfectie en kwaliteit. Vakmanschap staat dan ook centraal binnen de organisatie. Functie In de rol van Productievoorbereider / CNC Programmeur fungeer je als schakel tussen de ontwerpafdeling en de werkvloer. Je zorgt ervoor dat interieuronderdelen op een vlotte en effectieve manier worden geproduceerd. Dit doe je door technische tekeningen om te zetten naar de juiste materiaallijsten en CNC-programma’s. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: (3D) tekeningen en productiegegevens zorgvuldig doorgronden; Materiaallijsten opstellen, bijwerken en optimaliseren; Programma’s maken voor CNC-frezen en zaagwerk; Productieafspraken nauwkeurig toepassen in het proces; Actief zoeken naar verbeteringen en oplossingen bij uitdagingen tijdens de productie. Functie-eisen Als Productievoorbereider / CNC Programmeur beschik je idealiter over de volgende competenties: MBO werk- en denkniveau 3 of 4; Sterk inzicht in het productieproces van (luxe) interieurproducten, inclusief kennis van machines, materialen en constructies; Een achtergrond als Machinaal Houtbewerker / Meubelmaker of minimaal twee jaar relevante werkervaring in een van deze functies; Ervaring met CNC-programmering of Werkvoorbereiding; Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Vaardigheid in digitale tools en systemen; Nauwkeurigheid, een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en het vermogen om goed

samen te werken in een team. Aanbod Een Productievoorbereider / CNC Programmeur krijgt ook een aantrekkelijk arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket: Een salaris tussen €3.000,- en €4.200,- bruto per maand op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van kennis en kunde; Een afwisselende en inspirerende werkomgeving; 24 vakantiedagen en 19 ADV dagen op fulltime basis; 8% vakantiegeld en een jaarlijkse winstuitkering (conditioneel).
