The posting
- Prepare, set up, and operate pilot plant equipment for testing activities
- Perform assigned tests and experiments according to established procedures
- Reconfigure, adjust, and rebuild machine components when required
- Collect, retrieve, and document test data accurately
- Verify data quality and report any anomalies to your supervisor or technical coach
- Support administrative and reporting tasks related to testing activities
- Learn and execute new testing methods with a strong focus on quality and reliability
- Collaborate closely with engineers, scientists, and technical specialists
- Mechanical or electromechanical education or experience
- Strong hands-on technical skills
- Comfortable working with machinery and equipment
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Good computer skills and confidence using software applications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
- Proactive attitude and willingness to ask questions when needed Important to know:
- The role can be physically demanding at times
