Who you are You love to keep busy and work at a good pace. Also, as a Production Employee, we require the following from you:

- That you are able to speak Dutch or English for safety reasons within the factory - That you are able to work in a dayshift - that you are able to get to Wijhe by either your own transport or public transport - You must be at least 1.65cm tall for safety reasons within the factory - You live near Wijhe

What will you do Grab your work shoes! 👟 At Stegeman, this is your chance to show your best side! How? By getting straight to work! 💪 As a Production Employee, you'll be assigned to the Processing department. This is where you prepare the meat before it gets sliced. Your exact task? You'll ensure the meat pieces come together and that the correct blend of spices is added. Look at that—it already looks and smells delicious! In addition, setting up the machines is also part of your job. Hello, varied workdays! 👋 Besides the manual tasks, the meat pieces need to be transported from one production hall to another. Hop onto that EPT and go! 🤩 WOW, not so fast, we can barely keep up with you! You'll work Monday through Friday during the day. This means your evenings and weekends are completely FREE! Enjoy that well-deserved time off!
