De functie inhoud Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden als Production Engineer?

  • Leiden & opstarten van nieuwe processen / projecten in productie.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor scope, budget, kwaliteit, projectopvolging en veiligheid.
  • Zoeken naar naar proces-innovaties , waarbij je in nauw contact staat met technologie-leveranciers, machinebouwers, beurzen, onderzoeksgroepen,...
  • Geven van technologische ondersteuning en opleiding aan operatoren, andere afdelingen, leveranciers en klanten.
  • Rapporteren aan de Business Unit Manager.

Zij produceren hoogwaardige producten aan extreme nauwkeurigheid en die worden dan weer geleverd aan de automobiel, luchtvaart, spoorweg- en industriële uitrusting en de voedingssector. Binnen deze omgeving heerst een geweldige collegialiteit. Standaard een drankje op vrijdag en tal van groepsactiviteiten die zorgen voor een positieve sfeer. Doorgroeimogelijkheden en jouw eigen traject worden bij de start besproken en opgesteld! Wie ben jij als Production Engineer in de regio van Brugge?

  • Je behaalde een Master Industrieel Ingenieur Elektromechanica.
  • Communiceren in het Nederlands en Engels vormt geen probleem.
  • Volgende eigenschappen omschrijven jou: communicatief, gedreven en resultaatgericht.
  • Ervaring en kennis van continuous improvement technieken is een plus (Lean, Kaizen, ...) .
