Dan is deze functie bij onze productiesite in Avelgem iets voor jou!

Als Production Engineer draai je mee in het hart van onze PVC productie. Je combineert people skills met technische know how en krijgt zowel operationele als verbeteringsgerichte verantwoordelijkheden. Jij bent iemand die vooruitdenkt, bottlenecks detecteert en duurzame oplossingen uitwerkt.

  • Je volgt de dagdagelijkse productieactiviteiten op en staat dicht bij de werkvloer.
  • Je identificeert structurele verbeterkansen in het productieproces en werkt zowel technische als organisatorische projecten uit.
  • Je initieert en implementeert fundamentele verbeteringsvoorstellen om bottlenecks weg te werken en rendement, kwaliteit en volumes te verhogen.
  • Je zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie en stimuleert samenwerking tussen verschillende teams.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen zoals productieplanning, process team, technische dienst,…
  • Je rapporteert aan de Production Manager, die ook jouw mentor wordt tijdens je groeitraject.
  • Je hebt een Master Ingenieurswetenschappen.
  • Je bent op zoek is naar een hoogtechnologische werkomgeving en hebt een passie voor machines en productieprocessen.
  • Je hebt een ondernemende persoonlijkheid en bezit een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je bent innovatief, assertief, werkt probleemoplossend, analytisch en hebt een flinke portie doorzettingsvermogen.
  • Je kan gemakkelijk beslissingen nemen.
  • Jouw hands-on mentaliteit is een pluspunt
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Daarnaast heb je een goede basis Frans.
