Production Engineer Rheinmetall Defence Nederland BV in Ede Ref. no.: NL00215 Contract vorm: Full Time Type contract: Contract bepaalde tijd Compensation: 3 700,00 € - 5 800,00 € - Definieren en onderhouden van productie processen en activiteiten voor de verschillende assemblages gebruik makend van lean productie methodieken zoals TQM, Kaizen, 6-Sigma etc. - Ontwikkelen, documenteren en onderhouden van standard productie procedures inclusief processtroomdiagrammen en procesbeheersingsplannen gedurende de gehele looptijd van het programma en alle noodzakelijke wijzigingen en verbeteringen hiervan - Werk samen met leidinggevenden en assemblagemedewerkers om de meest efficiënte assemblagemethoden en bouwvolgorde te bepalen. - Samenwerking met het Configuration Management-team om een nauwkeurige productie stuklijsten te ontwikkelen en bij te houden die de bouwstatus van ieder indivueel product vertegenwoordigd - Samenwerking met het Quality team om ervoor te zorgen dat de relevante kwaliteitscontroles en -procedures worden ingebouwd in de assemblageprocedure - Voorzien van technische support aan de projectmanagers en de project teams - Onderhouden en ontwikkelen van samenwerkingen met alle andere internationale productie teams binnen het concern om kennis te delen en te verkrijgen #LI-SS1 AAN WELKE KWALIFICATIES MOET JE VOLDOEN - Je hebt een afgeronde HBO opleiding Technische Bedrijfskunde of Werktuigbouwkunde of soortgelijk - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie (industrial- or manufacturing engineer, werkvoorbereider) - Kennis en ervaring met ERP productie modules en PLM software bijvoorkeur SAP en Agile - Jij bent flexibel, innovatief en beschikt over analytisch vermogen - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (Duits is een pré) WAT BIEDEN WIJ JOU Wij bieden een dynamische functie vol mogelijkheden om je vakkennis verder uit te breiden en je persoonlijke ontwikkeling te stimuler...
