Over de functie: De Production Engineer biedt ondersteuning aan de productie van Calcium Aluminate Cement en Tabular Alumina in beide fabrieken. De functie rapporteert aan de Plant Manager en werkt veel samen met de productieafdeling in beide productielijnen. Andere afdelingen waarmee wordt samengewerkt zijn Engineering & Maintenance, Quality en EHS. Zowel het maximaliseren van productie als het verlagen van productiekosten zijn uitdagingen waar de Production Engineer aan bij zal dragen. Als Production Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het: - Verlenen van technische ondersteuning voor lopende en nieuwe activiteiten. Zoals het leveren van noodzakelijke (proces- en project) engineering ondersteuning aan de relevante afdelingen. - Bepalen en aanbevelen van procesverbeteringen en het bijdragen aan Root Cause Analysis van terugkerende storingen. - Verbeteren van efficiëntie en output van beide productielijnen op basis van inzicht in- en analyse van energie- en materiaalstromen. - Assisteren en coördineren bij installatie en werking van apparat...
