The posting

Voor de afdeling Production zijn wij op zoek naar een Production Engineer. Jij bent de rechterhand van de Production Manager én het verbindende element tussen de productie strategie en werkvloer. Je werkt nauw samen met een hecht team van supervisors, draagt bij aan een stabiele en goed georganiseerde productieomgeving en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen dezelfde richting uitloopt. Jouw rustige, analytische aanpak en gevoel voor samenwerking maken het verschil.

Je voornaamste taken zijn:

  • Je vertaalt strategische prioriteiten naar werkbare acties op de werkvloer. Je luistert, vertaalt en zorgt voor heldere, consistente communicatie in beide richtingen. Je maakt daarbij gebruik van begrijpbare, visuele rapporteringen, toolboxmeetings en digitale informatieschermen.
  • Je bewaakt en analyseert productie- en kwaliteitsdata en vertaalt trends, OEE-resultaten naar diverse type rapportages. Samen met betrokkenen op de werkvloer kom je tot concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je coördineert afdelingsoverschrijdende projecten in afstemming met Validation & Engineering, Technical Maintenance, Quality en Procurement – binnen scope, timing en budget.
  • Je initieert en begeleidt verbetertrajecten rond productiviteit, kwaliteit en procesbeheersing, en verankert geleerde lessen structureel in de organisatie. op een gedragen manier – met aandacht voor mensen, draagvlak en duurzame verankering in de organisatie.
  • Je bewaakt de uniformiteit en kwaliteit van SOP’s en werkinstructies – zodat iedereen altijd op dezelfde, correcte manier werkt en niets aan het toeval wordt overgelaten. Je voert root-cause analyses en (pre-)audits en inspecties uit. Bij afwijkingen definieer je correctieve en preventieve acties in samenwerking met QA waarna je deze opvolgt.
  • Je onderbouwt CAPEX-investeringen met gedegen ROI-analyses en heldere kosten-batenanalyses – van eerste idee tot gedragen businesscase.

Match jij met de gevraagde opleiding en ervaring?

  • Bij voorkeur Masterdiploma in een technische richting maar minimaal een bachelor Voeding, Chemie of aanverwante technische studierichting
  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een productie-omgeving in een bij voorkeur farmaceutische organisatie
  • LEAN practioner (bij voorkeur Green Belt)
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office en SAP
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
