Voor een internationale speler binnen de bouwmaterialensector, gevestigd in de regio van Kortrijk, gaan we op zoek naar een Production Engineer. De organisatie telt vandaag meer dan 800 medewerkers en combineert een stevige lokale verankering met een sterke internationale aanwezigheid.

De site staat bekend als een vooruitstrevende productieomgeving waar continu geïnvesteerd wordt in moderne technieken en procesverbetering. Tegelijk wordt er veel belang gehecht aan het welzijn van medewerkers, met onder andere aandacht voor ergonomie, flexibiliteit en veiligheid.

In kader van hun blijvende groei, gaat deze speler op vandaag op zoek naar een ervaren Procesingenieur die hun interne machinepark naar het volgende niveau kan tillen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Binnen de jouw afdeling krijg je de kans om een sleutelrol op te nemen in het verder uitbouwen van sterke en toekomstgerichte productielijnen, waarbij jouw inzichten rechtstreeks bijdragen aan een efficiëntere werking
  • Met een scherp oog voor verbetering spot je opportuniteiten op de werkvloer en zet je deze om in gerichte optimalisatieprojecten die echt het verschil maken in de praktijk
  • Technische uitdagingen ga je niet uit de weg; je analyseert ze grondig en vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar doordachte, haalbare oplossingen die je zelf tot op de werkvloer realiseert
  • Samenwerking staat centraal, waarbij je jouw proceskennis inzet in projecten met collega’s en Project Engineers om tot technisch sterke en vlot geïmplementeerde oplossingen te komen
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe productmogelijkheden zonder problemen geïntegreerd raken in bestaande installaties en borgt een stabiel productieproces door kennis te verankeren en helder te delen binnen het team
  • Een Masterdiploma in een ingenieursrichting, bij voorkeur elektromechanica, vormt de ideale basis om je snel in te werken in deze rol
  • Tussen de 5 en 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een industriële omgeving laat je toe om meteen impact te maken op de werkvloer
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans biedt een extra troef
