Onze opdrachtgever is een vooraanstaande, internationale en financieel gezonde Belgische merkfabrikant. Met een sterke focus op innovatie, kwaliteit en een no-nonsense familiecultuur blijven zij continu groeien. Ter versterking van de productie-site in de ruime regio rond Waregem zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en hands-on Production Lead.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

Als Production Lead ben jij de spilfiguur op de werkvloer. Je stuurt een team aan van zo'n 40 tot 50 operatoren en zorgt voor een vlotte, veilige en efficiënte voortgang van de dagelijkse productie. Jij leidt niet vanuit een kantoor, maar staat midden tussen je mensen.

  • Team & People Management: Je bent een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor je team. Je motiveert, coacht en begeleidt de operatoren om samen de productiedoelstellingen te behalen.
  • Werving & Selectie: Je bent actief betrokken bij de sollicitatiegesprekken voor nieuwe medewerkers binnen jouw team.
  • Planning & Organisatie: Je maakt en bewaakt de dagplanning en zorgt voor een optimale personeels- en lijnbezetting.
  • Continuous Improvement: Je neemt actief deel aan verbeteringsprojecten om de processen, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de vloer continu aan te scherpen.
  • Ploegenoverdracht: Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze overdracht tussen de vroege en de late ploeg.

Je werkt in een vast 2-ploegenstelsel met de volgende werktijden:

  • Vroege ploeg: 05:00 uur - 13:15 uur
  • Late ploeg: 13:00 uur - 21:00 uur

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Motivatie & Persoonlijkheid: Je bent een geboren people manager met de juiste drive, passie en energie om een groot team mee te trekken naar successen.
  • Ervaring: Je beschikt over een relevante achtergrond en/of ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een productie-omgeving.
  • Hands-on Mentaliteit: Je hebt een sterke betrokkenheid bij de werkvloer en bent graag aanwezig op de vloer om actie te ondernemen.
  • Bereidheid tot ploegenwerk: Je werkt vlot in het wisselende 2-ploegenstelsel.
