Ben jij een geboren spilfiguur die de brug slaat tussen strategie op kantoor en uitvoering op de werkvloer? Krijg jij energie van het aansturen van operationele teams, het stroomlijnen van de dagelijkse productiestroom en het continu naar een hoger niveau tillen van efficiëntie? Voor een vooraanstaand internationaal bedrijf in de regio Moeskroen zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en communicatieve Production Leader.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Operationele Coördinatie: Je zet de overkoepelende afdelingsdoelen om in een strakke week- en dagplanning en bewaakt continu de voortgang van de productielijnen.
  • Procesverbetering op de Vloer: Je introduceert en verankert Continuous Improvement-initiatieven (onder meer Lean en 5S) om uitval te beperken en de throughput te verhogen.
  • Mensgericht Leiderschap: Je geeft direct leiding aan het operationele team (circa 70 medewerkers via jouw teamleads). Je ondersteunt hen in hun dagelijkse werking, motiveert en stimuleert hun professionele groei.
  • Samenwerking & OEE: Je werkt nauw samen met Technische Dienst en Quality om technische knelpunten snel op te lossen en de machine-efficiëntie (OEE) te maximaliseren.
  • Veiligheid & Kwaliteit: Je ziet er actief op toe dat alle veiligheidsvoorschriften, kwaliteitsstandaarden en milieunormen strikt worden nageleefd.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt over een masterdiploma (bijv. Industrieel Ingenieur) óf hebt dit niveau bereikt door minstens 10 jaar grondige praktijkervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Leiderschapsprofiel: Je bent een benaderbare leider die graag tussen zijn mensen staat. Je bent besluitvaardig, kunt omgaan met weerstand en weet verandering positief te ondersteunen.
  • Analytisch Inzicht: Je bent cijfermatig ingesteld en neemt beslissingen op basis van objectieve data, rendementscijfers en kosten-batenanalyses.
  • Talen: Gezien de grensoverschrijdende regio spreek je uitstekend Frans en kun je je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels. Basiskennis van het Nederlands is een duidelijke plus.
