  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een team van ongeveer 6 ploegleiders en 45 operatoren, verspreid over twee belangrijke productieprocessen.
  • Je bewaakt de dagelijkse organisatie en operationele continuïteit van de productie.
  • Je coacht, ondersteunt en begeleidt de ploegleiders en hun teams en stimuleert een cultuur van samenwerking, betrokkenheid en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je creëert draagvlak voor veranderingen en begeleidt medewerkers bij de implementatie ervan.
  • Je detecteert en analyseert problemen en bottlenecks binnen de productie en denkt proactief mee over structurele verbeteringen.
  • Samen met procesingenieurs en het technische team werk je duurzame oplossingen uit, test je deze en zorg je voor een succesvolle implementatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met onder andere kwaliteit, technische dienst, planning, supply chain en HR.
  • Je bewaakt een veilige werkomgeving en draagt actief bij aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de productiemanager.
  • Je beschikt over een hogere opleiding en hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met productieprocessen, technologie en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring met het aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van medewerkers.
  • Je haalt energie uit people management en weet medewerkers te motiveren en verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel binnen een grotere organisatie en weet verschillende interne stakeholders op een constructieve manier mee te krijgen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, beschikt over een goede basiskennis Engels en kan je ook in het Frans behelpen.
