The posting

Als Production supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding

van een 40-tal productiearbeiders in de front-end en/of de back-end afdeling. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel de kwantitatieve als de

kwalitatieve productie output.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Kennisoverdracht om de inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers en productielijnen te verhogen.
  • De werkplanning uitwerken in samenwerking met de productieplanner.
  • De verdeling van het werk over de verschillende werkposten.
  • Opvolging van opgelegde taken
  • Opvolgen van de dagelijkse personeelsbezetting en zorgen voor een maximale output van producten.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid voor 6S binnen je afdeling.
  • Je staat in voor de discipline, orde en veiligheid van de medewerkers en hiernaast ook voor het toepassen van de ESD-regels.
  • Nieuwe productieprocessen op te starten
  • Je verbetert samen met de afdeling engineering de werkprocedures.
  • Garant staan voor de kwaliteit van het werk van je medewerkers.
  • Actieve deelname aan het dagelijks productieoverleg.
  • Rapportage van de activiteiten aan de productiemanager.
  • Coachen van een 40-tal medewerkers
  • Je beschikt over een diploma hoger middelbaar en/of hebt een aantal jaren ervaring in een productieafdeling als teamleader of meestergast.
  • Een teamspeler die beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent een echte “problem solver” en kan een team aansturen.
  • Veiligheid, discipline, orde en verantwoordelijkheid zijn jouw prioriteit.
  • Een planmatige werker.
  • Flexibel en bereid om buiten de werktijd ondersteuning te geven.
  • Je wenst in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken.
