The posting

En tant que Production Manager, vous êtes un acteur clé de la performance de l’atelier de tissage. En collaboration avec le Plant Manager, vous accompagnez les équipes et optimisez les processus de production.

  • Traduire les objectifs de l’usine en priorités concrètes pour les équipes.
  • Suivre et améliorer les performances de production à l’aide des KPI, OEE/TRS et indicateurs de coûts.
  • Identifier les causes des arrêts et pannes et mettre en place des actions d’amélioration durables.
  • Encadrer et accompagner l’équipe de jour ainsi que les chefs d’équipe.
  • Renforcer la collaboration entre production, maintenance, qualité et Supply Chain.
  • Standardiser les méthodes de travail et développer une culture d’amélioration continue et de sécurité.
  • Participer à des projets Lean et à l’optimisation des processus de production.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master en ingénierie, sciences industrielles ou équivalent.
  • Vous disposez de 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans un environnement industriel, idéalement en production.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur textile est un atout.
  • Vous avez une expérience en management d’équipe et aimez accompagner vos collaborateurs.
  • Vous avez un esprit analytique et structuré et êtes à l’aise avec les KPI et les coûts.
  • Vous êtes pragmatique, autonome, orienté(e) solutions et capable de prendre des décisions.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et avez un bon niveau professionnel en anglais. Le néerlandais est un plus.
  • Vous êtes motivé(e) par l’amélioration continue et souhaitez faire évoluer les personnes, les processus et les performances.
